  • “I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.”

    I first learned about the Sun Guard Canopies thru eBay. I went to your web site to look further and liked the canopies you offered. I chose the SunGuard because of the adjustable height of the canopy and the price you offered. I have a low clearance from the roof of the shed where I park my tractor. I installed the canopy within an hour and a half from receiving it from delivery. I love the canopy and I would and have already recommended it to others. It's a quality and economic canopy.

    I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I have enclosed some pictures you may use if you like, my tractor is dirty because I have been clearing off my property and was doing so when my canopy arrived. I installed the canopy and continued with my task.

    I bought a Hustler from Mikes Lawn Equipment in Harrah, Oklahoma several years ago, I had requested a canopy on it and they use your products. I have been totally satisfied with your product so much that I recently purchased a new Kubota and requested a canopy on it also. What I received [from Kubota] was a weak piece of plastic with cheap brackets that have already broken.

    After several weeks shopping canopies on the web, I found a picture that looked like the one that Mikes had used. At the same time I was wondering if this was the canopy, I thought why don’t I just call Mikes Lawn Equipment and ask them which canopy company they use. So I called Mikes Lawn Equipment and they said that they only use Sunguard out of Kansas, and it happened to be the top that I was looking at on the web.

    I called your company and spoke with Jim and he was very helpful and answered all my questions, and I placed my order five minutes later.

    Hi Jim,

    I received the canopy today. I haven’t taken it out of the box yet but I did open it enough to see the personalized artwork. I love it and so will my wife.

    I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the customer service I received throughout this order/shipping process. To say it’s refreshing would be an understatement.

    I just felt you went above and beyond to make sure I received what I ordered and that I received my canopy in a timely manner.  As we order more and more items online, I sometimes feel like we are just another number and customer service is a lost art. Thank you for proving me wrong!! Your customer service couldn’t be better and I couldn’t be happier.
